I'm simply putting up a scenario where KFW, Nedbank + private equity investors = funding.
Say 40 +20+ 10
KNL can raise 25% of total shares by rules 7.1 & 7.1a which is approx 60 million shares
So from this a price can be arranged for equity investors.
