Investors are better served relying on the facts:
* Look at the top 10 holders and the movements of shares held in the past 3 years!
* Any other project has undergone a 'Bank Appointment Independent Engineer' to validate the project?
* Look how long KfW has been working with KNL and the GOT to get this over the line...
* KfW loan will come, it's not just because they like KNL so much, it's a GeoPolitical/ strategic move.
