Changing of MD’s as juniors move through the mining cycle are common just have a look at Galena Mining and both Ed and now Alex who has taken over the MD role are excellent in their own right both with superb skills. Kibaran is not ready at MD level for a change IMO. You mention no plan B, Wilma. Bit harsh as the EFIC came into play post KFW / Nedbank announcements. Excellent move to have an Australian institution involved. This is a real project. Debt on good terms with a solid bank that isn’t trying to rip our legs out from beneath us is crucial long term. Let’s let Spinks continue to de-risk our company and we will get the trophy in the end that we all have been so patient for. IMO anyway.
