It's been pretty much 3 weeks now since BRM communicated to shareholders.

Since then Wah nam have:

1. announced 2 increases to substantial holder.
2. announced they have control of BRM (now at 53%)
3. announced extension of takeover offer to June 15.

BRM management have announced nothing in response. The lack of direction and silence from management is deafening at this time when it is most needed.

What are management doing? Are they progressing the feasibility study and steaming ahead towards production, or has everything come to a standstill to deal with Wah Nam?
