If the BRM management team are in negotiations with Wah Nam, aren't they obligated to inform the market, especially considering the current circumstances with the takeover. Does anyone know if any ASX rules have been breached due to a lack of disclosure to minor shareholders?
Very odd that we have not heard anything what so ever from both BRM regarding the takeover and FRS who were meant to advise their shareholders on their stance "not to accept" if BRM was successfully taken over which happened three weeks ago.
WNI has also been very quiet. Is there something cooking??

What does anyone have to gain out of this by keeping any negotiations quite? Not BRM shareholders as the uncertainty is keeping the share price deflated and you would think a share price increase would pose an option for Wah Nam to purchase some more shares on market.
