Remedial work over can bring the rates back, if they have n't already recovered. Shutting the well while it was still flowing completion fluids has resulted in the fluid dropping back down the well bore under the effect of gravity and into the formation again. However its likely to suggest that the lowermost formation was contributing most to the flow. Problem arises as the well is being flowed "multi zone" in a "packerless test" I think that BPT already had a good idea of the well potential prior to shutting it in. They have not been too concerned with "good news" reporting ever.
