Regardless of Cannaglobal being a private company, MXC will need to report progress to its share holders on Cannaglobals progress as a significant share holder with a 10% holding. Maybe that will be 12 months after the initial sales agreement but maybe sooner too.
If any credit raising action comes about, then there has to be a report on where Cannaglobal is up to and what that represents for MXC.
