You are right - and they are under no obligation either which is probably unique to Australia. It does come down to respect in the end.
As for actions, to renew investor faith, there has to be something big announced over the next two months - Maybe the VC deal finally having some life and full GMP certification. Start getting some momentum going that will shush the dooms day brigade and lift the SP. Sooner the better in my opinion.
