Thats one opinion, another is imho buyer beware. Most people seem fine with management proclaimng a million+ dollar deal in an official announcement, and then making excuses for why it didn't happen, or it will happen, or it doesn't matter now if it doesn't happen. Screams caution to me. Dyor.
