There you go mate, these are the points I raised. Not going to copy paste all conversations between shareholders and the board though. You can find screenshots in threads on HC as well as the 'ASX Medicinal Cannabis Investors Group' on Facebook.


1. MXC have provided information on the VC deal in numerous anns specifying that the deal remains solid. In conjunction to Roby who has personally said to shareholders the deal remains alive (despite delays, reasons specified in my previous post);

2. Cavalabs Derma (coming soon) is clearly listed on Varm Cosmo website (has been there for quite some time); and

3. Varm Cosmo has confirmed in numerous emails/correspondence with shareholders that Cavalabs Derma will be launched mid-year (I have also emailed Varm Cosmo and received a response outlining the launch will occur mid-year).
