I know a little about this lot and how they are run.
They are growing by acquisition and improving efficiency at the same time. Improvements in back of house will increase profitability on existing level of business volumes and then add in the increased scale from acquisitions.
I bought in at $2.35 and am not selling any in the foreseeable...
