Although overall I share your sentiment, at this end of the market and with tech very few people understand (let alone market participants) I wouldn't be all too suprised if we see the share price meander back below $2. At the moment, with the above I do not see the best value at current prices.
That's not to say it wont re rate and become fair valued eventually, however, usually that only happens in a real way with annoucements that include $ signs and contracts that have been signed off on with volumes to be sold etc. In terms of what I believe is fair value (including a more in the know market and contracts signed)....~$15+
