Best of luck on this decision. I was recently faced with having to liquidate some of my portfolio in order to buy a house. I didn't sell any rdf. I fortunately had a few big winners over the past year that i took profits on. Since that decision rdf has declined.

It is apparent the story for this one has changed over the past year with bh, com, legal issues and mistrust of melbourne.

While these issues do tamper my excitement, i feel they will be worked out in 06. The only issue of concern is bh getting a more central role and the board being smacked into place.

com will preform or be sold. the market has already overreacted on this one. hopefully it will be sold soon and be a non issue.

the legal challenges to rlc is weakening. The main fighting ground is Ohio where the republicans are the opposition. Today, a lobyist named Abramoff is about to plead guilty to fraud in a far reaching political investigation. He has close ties to the republican party in ohio and more than a few lawmakers will have to resign and possibly go to jail. Couple this with the widespread desire of Ohio cities to adopt rlc cameras and i believe it becomes a very favorable outlook for Ohio.

Best of luck with your decision. I decided to stay put with rdf believing the issues will be resolved in 06. I don't do tech analysis or short term plays so im not even gunna take a stab at what the stock will be doing in the next few months or whatever.

Once the company installs and starts booking revenue for the contract wins over the past 6 months there will be no denying this companies potential. couple that with some more speed. I think this will become apparent before corresponding yearly report and the stock price will rise. As for the next few months.... who knows.
