you may be interpreted as suggesting that BTX 1503 Phase 2 failed to replicate Phase 1 results

but given BTX 1503 Phase 2 Oz results are a replica of Phase 1, in the light of the rather feeble unofficial waffle from Matt (sorry to say) as to the cause of the US results, in the light of the Italian Job, and in the light of the sell down, in my opinion the only reasonable explanation for the strange US results is a simple label swap (actual or implicit) so the actual US results would also be a replica of Phase 1.

So, in the absence of an official (and plausible!) explanation for the US BTX 1503 Phase 2 results, to my mind the swap hypothesis prevails, BTX 1503 Phase 2 replicates Phase 1, and you are not in a position to push your innuendo, so I suggest you desist.
