GZ, the key is the wording "earlier than the original plan".

This was really intended as best case scenario, and IMO the delay on this shouldn't be cast too negatively as long as having it ready for production ore remains on track.

This appears to be the case, so as much as it pains me to say it, I think management still deserves accolades when compared to similar projects elsewhere in Australia and overseas.
