Isn't every trader an inside trader.
ie. they think they have information that the other punter doesn't have, that they can profit from this information, and that if the other party to the trade had the same information they would not take that position (whether it be buy or sell)?
Insider trading describes a large % of all trades on the ASX. If everyone had the same information everyone would get the same results (generally speaking).
I would prefer to see ASIC take on an institution for such activities rather than a really small fish in RR. He was easy meat, what about the big guys,,,,,,do your job ASIC!
