I've been trying to ask similar questions this morning and got a barrage of insults in return.
The question i wanted answered was where does the 2.39% of remaining IBR shares (which knowledge proudly holds) fit into the picture.
If TMR bought them they'd be 1.40% short of the takeover and the 2 investors that hold the balance of power obviously don't need them. So who'd pay a premium for them
From what i can see those 2.39% shares are in no mans land but knowledge says they're worth a premium, to who.
