AVZ ATH i think was $1.33 and we closed at $0.78 when suspended.As we all know the market overshoots to the upside and down side so maybe somewhere in the middle is correct as a rough valuation ie $1.05. In January last year AVZ announce @ 47 % resource upgrade so now thinking in the region of $1.50
In determining "appropriate compensation" I think Nigel and team have already given us their thoughts on this with the approx $ 9.5 billion US damages claim against DRC. US $9.5 billion today around $ 15 billion aussie so around $4.30 share. As mentioned by someone here or onthe other channel payouts in these cases typically 40 to 60 %. Once again split that and we get $2.15

So now i got a headache and i reckon somewhere between $1. 50 to $2.15 is where we are at
