what matters is that a deal is struck that satisfies all parties and either carries out or compensates for all outstanding contracts.

The value lies within the fact that AVZ should rightfully and lawfully be the owner of the Manono tenement ML.

when fair and reasonable contracts are now drawn up and executed it matters little if AVZ/dathcom hold a ML (unless you’re CATH). What matters is that all parties are satisfied and in agreement.
