Seems unlikely that this date is coincidental to the expected peace signing. Surely this all points to the parties now expecting to reach a resolution before this date.

Reading between the lines of past KoBold & AVZ announcements, the development of Manono appears to be a key component of the peace deal. I could be wrong but I can't see how the peace deal gets signed without the finalisation of the AVZ/KoBold deal. I'm expecting we'll know our plight in the same week the peace deal is signed (or possibly earlier). Not long to go.
