Many liked your post as I would.
My concern is our experience we made here together with AVZ which showed how DRC built on their mining code. Look how AVZ was treated and how Manono Lithium were granted with their so called Exploitation license.
In this regard how can we really think that it is just up to AVZ to decide whoever is sitting on the table for their asset? I don't want to talk about any pennies because that is others job here but my impression is there is no room to decide who is your dancing partner here. This dance hall owner called DRC tells AVZ who will sit on the table ... and that saying there is not that much room for negotiations or a bidding war. There would be for sure other big names on the table for this ride with even an impressive mining expertise but the US brought Kobold and probably another name with them in their minerals for peace deal and the DRC voted for Kobold ... and now you have to dance with them. I'm not particularly optimistic about the outcome, except for the fact that the whole issue comes to a terrible end in the spirit of AVZ.
