Well if ‘one’ doesn’t buy the land then ‘one’ doesn’t have a project.
Given the peace treaty significance between DRC and Rwanda and given the USA are willing to deploy hundreds of billions of dollars as a result of this agreement , I’d say it’d be quite embarrassing if ‘one’ doesn’t offer fair value and risk this going through the international court system as a result of trying to be devious.
10 billion as a start for negotiations IMO
10-15% is acceptable if Nigel is willing to give a discount. Given Manono is a 50++ year mine life and open at depth the new owners ROI will be significant.
