Really, nice word want, we AVZ SH (many of us at least) also 'want' a guarantee of 'appropriate compensation,' (not a fire sale price) by appropriate compensation, I mean for ALL of 13359 not just the south, but also the north part of the tenement as well, that is what our investment was for.
Theft by zingajing or occupying part of our tenement gotten or achieved by bribing whoever, is still (to my knowledge) an unacceptable practice, (thats what icc & iccsid are for) as a means of proof of ownership, last time I checked.

Although many are not happy about some previously reported 'alleged activities' of the BoD in the past, one would like to think they would not agree to drop any cases that will implicate both the DRC gov and various Chinese entities until such time as an absolute guarantee, with iron clad, bullet proof guarantees, such as a cheque for the entire amount of compensation being held in a trust (NO NOT IN A DODGEY DRC ACCT) US bank account held in trust for the sole purpose of compensating all of AVZs investors.

This deal the US and Kobold are wanting to do, so that they can control the lithium market, needs the rightful owners to not be receiving just a token amount dressed up as fair compensation, but it must reflect the true replacement value of AVZs assets that they are wanting to purchase and exploit for the next 30 to 50 years, pony up or pay up its all the same to AVZ investors but dont treat us as fools.
