Honestly face palm reading this garbage. We all want big $ but don't be so ridiculous. It just sets crazy expectations in shareholders heads and will be cause for great angst when the deal is done. IMO if this deal actually goes through we will get someone where from $0.78 - $1.35 per share. I am sure i will be persecuted for having this opinion so i won't tune back in on this until the end of June. Love to be wrong and hope it's a great deal more than this.
