I mentioned that Kobold Metals has a slightly different opinion after doing their dd and legal advice.
They are prepared to negotiate with AVZ, to acquire AVZ's claimed rights and seem to believe there is merit in AVZ's claims.
Otherwise why negotiate?
The damages claimed by AVZ are not some lose assumptions, but with the help of their legal representatives developed and being seen by those legal representatives as responsible, realistic and achievable.
I have mentioned several times that all the figures thrown around, or what stage the negotiations are and which companies AVZ is negotiating with is confidential information.
The only information of any value is what is announced on involved company's websites.
The rest is pure speculation and not worth getting hot under the collar about.
However, if people are happy with 5 cent, 50 cent, $5, $50, or even $500, who really cares?
