Ever considered what would happen with Western Australia, or Australia, if Woodside Energy, BHP and RIO get told to close up shop in Western Australia in 2030 and 2040, or even Australia wide, as you find it necessary to mention these companies in your AVZ story?
These companies have well diversified worldwide portfolios and will continue to exist. (It is their strength and the reason I have them in my investment portfolio).
The entire Australian community is relying on these industries today and well into the future. Even the people, sadly affected by the devastating floods in NSW and Queensland depend on them, because it is one of the biggest sources of income for the Australian community.
These industries are part of the make up of our society and part of the way we as a nation earn money to live. A great part of Western Australia is a support act for those industries.
Have a look at how sleepy Perth has expanded over the last 50 years, it has been an explosive growth and still ongoing. In 1960 - 1979 Perth was nothing more than a country town on hormones.
Go to Western Australia, take a helicopter ride over Port Hedland and Karratha and you will get a surprise and a pretty good first hand impression, that only insane idiots will close off that money tap for Australia in 2030 and 2040.
Even the Labor party, of which Murray Watts is a member, knows this, so do other sound thinking politicians.

Ever considered simply what it costs to drill 1 Offshore Gas exploration well?
Or develop an Offshore Oil and Gas field with infrastructure, plus Onshore processing and exporting facilities.

The Australian government and WA government are very well aware what the effects are of closing the gates of the Karratha Gas Plants in 2030 and putting a big mighty padlock on those gates.
Business confidence is a very expensive, not always understood commodity.
Exploration is a risky business, therefore there are established rules about exploration followed by exploitation.

Do you say 'You have drilled 100 exploration holes at 1 million per hole, here is $100 million, now piss off'?
I do not think that policy can be defended for any arbitration court, no matter how you turn it.
(Btw AVZ only got the 'now piss off' bit. Cominière believes that is the way to conduct business and the reason Kobold does not want to deal with them).

With their well trumpeted to the world AI exploration technique and their visit to Dathcom's core library they have a pretty good knowledge of the true value of 13359 south, they are not silly.
Of course they will try to take over AVZ's interest for $1, if they can get away with it.
They and other hyena's will be salivating all over AVZ's interests atm.
Thinking it is only Kobold metals who want the pie, or a piece of it could well be proven to be simplistic.
I would not be surprised that it is pretty busy behind the curtains at this very moment.
But what is the real value?? 1 cent, $1 million, $100 million?, $1 billion, $100 billion, or $500 billion.

At the end of the day it could well be, that your 250,000 share parcel is considerable more valuable, than the 750,000 which you sold off for $1.20, or whatever.
Does AVZ have something to sell?
Or is it as you stated that 'AVZ owns nothing and therefore has nothing to sell'?
I think it is better to wait for the next company announcement and let you dream
