    Fairly standard for companies to pay over NPV in acquisitions. Also you’re quoting dfs 2020. Cantor go on to give NPV usd 4 billion in 2021 based on 10Mt/a.
    You ask why would a company pay overs given the risks?
    Well the US and Kobold are obviously very keen to own Avz. If only they knew of the risks! Maybe they should just move on?
