As the mining license was never granted, the exploration license would prevail - for which I have signed copies of.
It stipulates that provided certain steps are met e.g. areas are explored and mineral contents measured, AVZ has sole rights to explore the area.
The agreement is very clear, and AVZ has continued to meet these obligations to the best of my knowledge. As a fellow shareholder, you can rest assured that our right to access, and through the process outlined in the exploration agreement, right to mine should be granted provided the guidelines are met (which was confirmed in writing they had been).
As such, it is without question that AVZ holds legal right to extract at Manono, the only exit clause for the DRC mentioned in the agreement are if AVZ fails to undertake specific actions during exploration - it has met and exceeded these expectations on all tenement holdings, including 13359.
