Rattler, you are confused. When I ask you & your mates to suck it up & not get your panties publicly twisted over some holder’s valuations, I am not particularly endorsing their valuations.

Nige, DLA Piper & co are the people in the know inside the 4 walls negotiating on our behalf. They have played this as well as could be asked of them the past few years - I’m sure if a negotiated settlement arrives at 20c, $1.50 with royalties, tree-fiddy, $12, $13.79, then I’m sure our team will have done their best & gotten at least close to the best deal possible.

But please spare us the whingeing about people getting likes - it’s sad. Just shoosh the belly-aching for the next 3 weeks, by which time we all should have an answer.
