    to quote, KoBold said the agreement with AVZ “will enable KoBold to rapidly deploy more than US$1B to bring the Manono lithium to Western markets.”

    .. this is their investment into the project, which would be infrastructure and mine development .. you have repeatedly stated the falsehood that this is the price KoBold which to pay to takeover AVZ ..
