Well the power of ICC and ICSID brought us away from the edge because of the irrefutable powerful legal position we had and still do.
From this powerful legal position came forth Locke and then triggerng CATH to act .

Now AVZ goes to a position of absolute strength , and the gate keeper of who wins the prize .

The BOD after a few harrowing years get to dictate what's right and not pushed into a compressed window of time dictated by others , the BOD decide what's fair not Kobold or any other company.
ICSID brought us back from the edge and it will give us eventually what we want , so we get in the next few weeks what is appropriate and the BOD are happy with or ICSID extracts it .
I suggest the deposit is just to valuable for the BOD not to get whats needed as they decide , not a BOD from another Company that has no idea of the blood spilt by SH over 8 long years .

The DRC are the gate keeper, after all it is THEIR asset, and will decide if AVZ gets to sell anything to anyone.
