It is pretty obvious the deal not only has to be discussed with Kobold, but also with the DRC government and maybe a third, or fourth party, the banks and the US government.

The AVZ - Kobold Metal agreement is non binding and until all signed and the ink dry, the negotiations are very simply confidential. So we will have to wait till that moment.

As AVZ BoD has mentioned previously, do not listen to the noise on social media and wait till the relevant company announcements.
