so is there another angle to this? Could AVZ have pretended to give up the North, “forced and all” for the mining decree as legal strategy to corner the CAMI head as the person of interest? Or some other version with same objective ….? Let’s say AVZ knew the DRC would flog North to Klaus or whoever which would then give them the means to go into a trading halt that they needed with out referring to previous incidences that possibly breach continuous disclosures rules to fo into voluntary suspension looking clean as a whistle and compliant? — all in my friend’s opinion - just asking
