Hey Tolate sorry you must have misread my post. I was agreeing with you about how corrupt the AVZ BOD is and because of your informed posts i have come to realise that this whole shit show had nothing to do with the reputable politicians, govt administrators, judicial system et al who have had to try and deal with these AVZ scammers

Those nasty AVZ scammers got the Locke litigation funding approved but then used it as leverage to get CATH to sign the TIA. Somehow they tricked CATH in to giving them $10 million unsecured to continue some trumped up court case at the ICSID. And if that wasnt enough they then used the CATH deal to flush out those lovely Americans from Kobold who signed a purchase agreement framework with them !!!
WOW some people on here reckon Nige has played this perfectly to get to this point but because of you i now understand he is not very clever but in fact a scammer
