you can only read an announcement with healthy scepticism — which since last ICC doc as revealed by ICC reporting that AVZ claims they forced to relinquish the North CDL zonation rather than the neutral “excluded” as stated in the May 4 2022 announcement. It’s clear AVZ disrespected its CD compliance obligations “forced” is not “excluded” obviously.

So AVZ under duress needed a way out, and who knows may be Klaus and Nigel did a mate’s favour, and said I’ll do this clown show with the Congolese and then you can call a trading suspension — any number of scenarios like this could have occurred — as I said it’s worth thinking not the obvious because AVZ needed a way out of pretending there is no impingement to its progress

Interesting. I’m sure AVZ legal team have copies of all your innuendos, monotony saying you’re wrong or right , but the future holds the truth. We will all see.
