FWIW there has been an ICC and ICCSID prelim hearing in that time where all evidence would have been presented, filed by each party and responded to. The Arbitration hearings have produced preliminary findings against Cominiere and the DRC with substantial fines against both entities for non compliance with their own Mining code and for breaching agreements they signed.

Whatever case you are trying to mount has no relevance to anything that is currently being considered. Go and get some therapy, you are not a well individual.
