Not sure what you're banging on about regarding the deal failing in previous post.
This deal is fait accompli, finita la musica...you know what I mean....COMPLETE.
The next announcement should be deal finalised with binding term, price buyout, any conditions, which given a private company, will be without all the red tape, return of capital process and timelines.
I'm counting on shareholder approvals and a tax free return of capital...good luck!!
PS - it's not timing the market, but time in the market
