This deadline depends on when the misleading statements are deemed to have first been made, in 2021 or later. So two years to go before ordinary shareholders have their legal entitlement to see restitution voided? — Time is evaporating.

my opinion is, if the Kobold deal fails, Many here may need to start considering legal options in GOOD TIME. Because to be honest AVZ is only your frenemy not your friend because that’s the way the LAW protracts you and protects officers of a company.
LEGALS take AGES to process even before a statement of claim and writ.

SEEK LEGAL ADVICE soon and not here because everyone here is not in the same boat.
As for 2018 matters, those are to be addressed or are being addressed to ASIC AFAIK—.
