HC only give me the option of a thumbs up, but this news doesn't warrant a thumbs up ....... (in the sense that there are issues that still need to be sorted.......)

It does however deserve a thumbs up because everything is a step closer to resolution for the people in the area.........

I am torn. Does my humanitarian social justice personality give the news a thumbs up, or my self interest wanting to see this investment journey brought to a swift end a thumbs down.

I am all thumbs.......
