FFS. All this nonsensical talk of litigation. Just stop! What are we going to do? Sue ourselves is essentially what it means. There is no money to had from any litigation. Directors Liability Insurance is capped. Even if there was a class action to the limit of the Directors insurance then just about anything received would be taken by the lawyers and/or the litigation funders. Move on.
