!) AVZ entered in to a binding term sheet with Locke in Nov 23 for an amount up to US $20 million. Locke over the period of 12 months did exhaustive and in depth DD on AVZ / Manono in a very volatile and fluid situation created by the various bad actors of DRC Government ministers admin and judiciary including our Dathcom partner Comminiere. On the 28 Nov 2024 Locke APPROVED a US $ 15 million funding facility for AVZ

2) On May 4th 2022 the DRC Mining minister issued the decree for mining licence to AVZ. All that was required was for CAMI to calculate the surface rights and issue an invoice to AVZ. Upon paying the invoice AVZ would have attained the mining licence. If we proceed down the ICSID path i beleive it will be shown that AVZ lawfully attained the mining licence but the unlawful actions of Cami, Comminiere, Zijin, Govt ministers and judiciary bring us to where we are today.

Just on a side note re Ten Doggies continuing diatribe i think that Locke have way more knowledge of the real situation than he ever will and they were happy to approve US$ 15 mil litigation facility....something to think about !

Last thing mate iam interested in your take on the ICSID and how it is a problem for Nigel. Nigel has always stated the ICSID case against DRC Govt is about forcing a resolution to this shit show not to pursue an awarded payment in to the distant future.
Nigel in engaging the ICSID as per the Dathcom JV agreement has been a long and painful but necessary step that now looks like rewarding shareholders as early as this coming week.
