The peace deal was announced as not being signed last week so they had 5 days to give ICSID an update. I'd hope they arent waiting for the last 24 hours to make the change.

Furthermore, Assuming a tribunal had to be spun up with attendees and judges etc, a decision to defer must have been socialised before in-which case the website could be waiting for the 11th hour but i am hopeful we are pushing ahead
