The shift in favour of AVZ is huge.
DRC desperate for security and has agreed that they want minerals for US security otherwise Rwanda will have full control.
US now with Kobold Minerals offering a solution once and only once AVZ mineral is appropriately compensated and Then and only then on an agreed buyout price and all issues resolved will AVZ hand over to Kobold all rights of ownership of Monano.
If Kobold want to hand over to Zijin the North tht is up to them .AVZ hold the legal rights to the North and South hence why Kobold said "appropriately compensated" and both the DRC ans China know that the ICC court ruling of potentially more than 10 Billion US could be awarded.

So my US $1 to $1.50 is low balling the real value.
Tin plus Lithium enough for the next 50 year plus secure supply.
So do not accept a cheap offer under US $2.
The court ruling not far away 2 .5 months in my opinion DRC will put pressure on ZIJIN to appropriately compensate for the North .
