Just putting my 2 cents worth given this 'arduous journey' is about to give us that 'end game' big bang payout and as follows-

a. The Market cap was approx. A$4.7b at the ATH price point of A$1.36 with AVZ minerals owning 75% of the project and approx undiluted 3.5b shares on issue.
b. Using the proposed compensation payout of A$15b and applying a 66% watered down payout based on Dathcom final structure assessments, then likely 'compensation' would around A$9b.
c. Hence IMO the let's call it Buyout price point for shareholders should be A$2.72
