It's difficult to calculate the value of the asset when we don't know how much of the asset Dathcom owns.
I would be surprised if the northern landis included in any deal; Nigel basically admitted at one of the AGMs that the north was gone because inadequate exploration was conducted on it.
DRC will likely keep China happy also IMO by leaving them to develop the north.
As I've continually stated, AVZ needs a buyer, hopefully they've now found it.
