    the value is what Kobold and AVZ deem fair and reasonable.

    fair and reasonable compensation has been set at USD$9B plus change. This is the starting point for discussions.

    Kobold has stated a few times now AVZ needs to be fairly compensated.

    To go further that figure was calculated BEFORE the ignored court rulings and fines started. So it would be fair and reasonable to add them on top.

    Real shareholders are happy with silence until there is something material to announce.
