The same applies to KOD as I read the below on one of BGS's presentations - they both have to complete drilling to get release a mineral resource estimate

"Madina is located in the Bougouni-Sikasso region, and regional studies completed by CSA Global in 2008 identified high-grade lithium bearing pegmatites within the Bougouni-Sikasso region. The study was commissioned and funded by the World Bank as part of the SYSMIN economic development programme. Regional geochemical sampling completed by the government of Mali has also identified lithium anomalies within the Bougouni-Sikasso region, and anomalies have been identified within Madina"

A detailed evaluation of the commercial potential at Goulamina was undertaken by CSA Global, a highly regarded resource consulting group, in 2008. This work was commissioned and funded by the World Bank as part of the SYSMIN economic development program.

The initial Exploration Target at Goulamina is estimated in the range of 15Mt to 18Mt at grades between 1.8% and 2.2% Li20. There has been insufficient work to estimate a Mineral Resource and it is uncertain if further exploration will result in the estimation of a Mineral Resource.
