the fact that they are corrupt is a positve as they know the world is now watching and its time to fess up and come clean and do the right thing
The courts are independent and have proven to be so on a few occasions.
With the luck this company has had you would bet they it will get knocked back but things can change quite quickly
Company has had a few months to get their case together.
It was knocked back by one politician (somare) as a favour to another (rudd) not really a legally reasonable based thing to do IMO court will see this
I hope there is as many posts on FNT as there is on CVI next month (but with the reverse price action that is!!)
