I wouldn't be that confident until Amazon arrived
Amazon marketplace is good for a smaller retailer who doesn't have the online infrastructure and bound to Amazon rules.
When you use Amazon services you lose part of your control as you got to play by their rules just like eBay
and these services are not free they take a cut of your margin anywhere between 8-20%
the other issue is GST on import goods will start attack 10% from 1st July 2018, people like Kogan who do deal GST free outside Australia cant longer do so, so they lose another pricing advantage.
