You can add to that their own brand products which sell at a better margin (Kogan, Ovela, etc).
I have made a point of buying them over the year to assess their quality and value for money, so far all good. So far I have bought:
Office chair, smart TV, noice cancelling head phones, luggage scale and mattress cover. All are good quality and trouble free. My laptop should arrive this week.
All out of profits so am enjoying not having to agonise over which brand/spec to buy, just buy Kogan brand for “product research” purposes.
Transacting is a few clicks on my phone, so very easy. Delivery times are usually as per schedule, occasionally a day later. They can improve on this as the competition lifts the game.
